Segmentation Statement – 1st & HIM

1st & HIM serves a hyper-targeted yet massively scalable market by focusing on three core segments within the college sports ecosystem:

1. Primary Segment: College Football Players, Cheerleaders & Coaches

These are our foundational users. They are hungry for purpose, platform, and identity beyond the game. Many are Christians but lack a space to express or grow their faith publicly. We offer them:

  • A safe, high-impact platform to share their testimony.

  • Tools to build a personal faith-based brand (Face of Faith & GIL).

  • Daily devotionals, video sermons, and original content tailored to their journey.

2. Secondary Segment: Christian College Football Fans (Ages 15–45)

This audience includes youth athletes, parents, alumni, and faith-driven fans who want more than just scores—they want substance. They’re ready to follow, support, and invest in the faith journeys of their favorite athletes through:

  • Subscriptions, merchandise, and digital interaction.

  • Donating to support athlete-led ministries.

  • Consuming daily content from the 1st & HIM ecosystem.

3. Tertiary Segment: Churches, Christian Schools, and Ministries

Pastors, athletic chaplains, and youth leaders are seeking culturally relevant tools to reach the next generation. 1st & HIM becomes their digital partner by providing:
